MERDEKA -- A Rethink
Before Hari Merdeka , Dr Shardy had given us more than 50 questions to answer ... but i just had copy 10 question from that ...
These question is :-
1) Are we “merdeka” when we still hope others will help/assist us when we fall down?
-NO
2) Are we “merdeka” when we ask someone to do our work?
-NO
3) Are we “merdeka “when we still practice the bad culture that was founded by people from the developed nations?
-NO
4) Are we “merdeka” when we need to enforce the laws that was created by our colonists?
-NO
5) Are we “merdeka” when we fail to understand and respect the rights of others?
-NO
6) Are we “merdeka” when we still implement the administration system that was founded and propagated by colonist or western countries?
-NO
7) Are we “merdeka” when we still apply the broken systems and values in our lives because these systems and values were founded by developed countries?
-NO
8) Are we “merdeka” when we need to get the support from IMF in order to develop our country?
-NO
9) Are we “merdeka” when we need to import the advanced technologies from other countries in ensuring the enhancement of our productivity?

10) Are we “merdeka” when our teenagers throw out the babies like a rubbishes?

All questions answer is NO ... In my opinion , Malaysian just regard National Day as a public holiday that some people will shout out "Merdeka , Merdeka .... " Everday , we can seen newspaper report our government official receive corrupt , politicial disturbance even government party also always dispute ...when those above behave unworthily , how those below will do the right thing ?? then do u think malaysia merdeka ??

DISASTER KIT
Inventions that I used for my Disaster Kit is :-
1-Hand-Lay Up Epoxy Hybrid Nanocomposites,2008
This is attributed to the reinforcement and thermal stability of both glass fiber and clay . The excellent flexural properties and good thermal properties of the expoxy hybrid nanocomposites make it suitableto be used in the application of structural panel , floor and wall tiles .
This aerosol can be used for topical administration , such as burn infection and other skin disorder . The biocompatible polymer in aerosol concentrate will produce a layer of film when sprayed onto the injured area which can cover any sizeof wound and stop bleeding . Survival Kit residents can used it when injured during disaster time .
6-A Innivative Agro-Based Ingredient-Pumpkin Flour as a New Generation Source of Fibre and Natural Colourant in Bakery Product, Bread,2007
Pumpkin flour has a longer shelf-life so pumpkin bread can lasting long as a food provision for residents .
Intention : Design a Survival Kit from the invention , to go on to the IBU and show how it used by IBU during disaster-time .

new 6-Balloon Black Bamboo Box
ini adalah antara bahan yang digunakan ... seperti gunting , tape , jarum , 'bamboo satay sticks' , reben ,belon , plastik sampah yang berwarna hitam dan 'rice paper ' .
Mula-mula , saya gandakan ' bamboo satay stick ' dengan menggunakan tape melekatkannya ...tindakan ini adalah untuk memastikan 'bamboo satay stick ' menjadi lebih kuat dan tidak mudah patah .
Inilah rangkai penutup yang bersegi enam bagi kotak saya ...
'Rice paper'yang ringan digunakan untuk melekat pada permukaan luar penutup .
Saya menyambungkan dua plastik sampah untuk mendapatkan ruang yang lebih besar di samping memastikan 6 biji belon dapat dimasukkan . Selepas itu , penutup kotak yang siap dilekat dengan 'rice paper' itu dipasangkan pada plastik .Setelah langkah tersebut , maka kotak saya pun telah siap .
.
Kotak dicucuk dengan menggunakan jarum . Langkah ini dapat memudahkan kotak ini terbang kerana udara dalam plastik boleh dikeluarkan dari lubang-lubang kecil tersebut .
Akhirnya , saya menggunakan reben untuk menghias kotak saya . Gambar bawah adalah gambar kotak buluh hitam saya ...

4 Urbanity
Pada haribulan 13 Ogos 2010 (Jumaat) , kita diberikan satu tugas baru iaitu menyelidik tapak Penang Times Square dan Ruangan-Bentuk , Node-Jalan di sekeliling Times Squuare .
Dalam tugasan ini ,kita perlu :
1. menunjukkan cara " countdown Merdeka " yang akan dilaksanakan di Times Square .
2. acara mesti memasukkan dan menggunakan "BST" dan "MASKS" .
Kumpulan saya telah membuat keputusan untuk pergi ke Times Square pada 13/8 Jumaat ...Kita bertolak pada 5:30 petang dari USM . Selepas setengah jam lebih ,akhirnya kita sampai destinasi . Gambar-gambar di bawah adalah gambar yang diambil pada hari tersebut ....
Pancutan air ini adalah tempat yang banyak digunakan dalam persembahan yang direka oleh saya dan ahli kumpulan saya .

Inilah ahli kumpulan saya ...
Sebelum mula perbincangan , setiap orang melayari internet untuk mencari maklumat yang berkaitan . Pada waktu malam pukul 1o:30 , kita bermula membuat perbincangan tentang tugasan sambil itu kita mula membuat Power Point . Dalam perbincangan tersebut , kita telah mereka dua persembahan untuk dipersembahkan sebelum "countdown " . Persembahan pertama ialah nyayian lagu "UNITY" yang disertakan tarian topeng pada bahagian 1, bahagian 2 ialah nyanyi sambil bermain BST . Persembahan kedua pula ialah " the umbrellas " iaitu menyusun payung dalam beberapa bulatan supaya kelihatan seperti satu "dome " . Kemudian payung akan ditutup mengikut kumpulan demi kumpulan dan selepas itu belon akan mula dilepaskan dari "ballon black bamboo box " masing-masing .
Pada haribulan 14 Ogos waktu pagi , kita berkumpul untuk membuat penambahan pada Power Point yang telah siap dan membuat semakan terrakhir . Akhirnya , tugasan kumpulan kita sudah siap :-)
